A very interesting story about how we got a lead..
It was a pleasant surprise
As usual, I was in a discovery call with a new inbound lead we got recently.
We introduced each other, started discussing the problems they are facing, I managed to give some quick reviews about their digital presence and what all can be improved.
Towards the end of the conversation, the prospect (Who represents an organisation from the middle east) started talking about how he came to know about us.
He said “We were really curious about which agency was handling XYZ (name of one of our clients from the middle east). Then we just searched on Google ‘Digital marketing agency if XYZ brand‘ and it lead me to one of the case studies you did for that brand and that made me contact you guys“
I thought “wow“. I never thought case studies had a use-case like this, and now I realised this could be the best use-case for a case study.
This now becomes one of my benchmarks for our agency, when someone sees our works and searches on Google to find out the agency behind them.
It should also be on your plate, someone should search to find out who is behind your product/service. And you better make it SEO friendly so that they can find you.
