I recently placed an order on Amazon and received it on the last day.
While unpacking it, I got this “please drop a review card”
Usual stuff right? It’s widespread and not close to anything exciting right?
But it caught my attention.
The card was shaped as a “thumbs up” with writings on both sides.
This was one side:
It was a nice review request with a “Thumbs up” image. Cute.
I turned it around to the other side:
This was my favourite part. It became a “Thumbs down“ image and asked me if there was any problem with the product and the shipment, and if yes - it told me how to get in touch with them. How sweet!
This small addition of creativity in a relatively unimportant piece of communication made the entire brand more genuine and appealing to me. And in this attention economy - that’s the key.

Good thought by Amazon. When a customer has the opportunity to say unfavorable things about a product, his satisfaction and happiness increase, and their mutual trust simultaneously grows.
