Checking your phone in the morning
We all do that. (Almost)
That's how addicted we are to technology.
It has finally overridden our brains.
An average individual spends 5 hours a day looking into their mobile screens.
If you are not tracking it, you may start doing it using some app to understand how many hours are you spending on screen time.
When you become aware, you naturally tend to consciously try to reduce it.
It's a new battle for the new era. We have to be aware that we are in a war first.
It's high time we give our mind some detoxification period.
