How the to engage with your customers 101 (Indigo Airlines Example)
This sparked a convo with my fellow passenger
I was travelling to Mumbai this week. I booked Indigo and I was pleasantly surprised by their one small activity (You may call it branding activity or customer engagement activity or whatever)
After 10-15 minutes after the lift-off, the flight attendants offered us a glass of water. Me being me, who always is obsessed with keeping myself hydrated, I accepted it.
After drinking the water, my co-passenger made me notice this fun trivia written on the cups' surface.
It was a fun “Spot the lie“ contest.
It stated 3 facts and the game was about finding the false one. My co-passenger and I discussed it with each other and came to the same answer - we concluded that the statement “French fries were invented in Franch“ is false. And we were right :)
Fun stuff - helped us cheer ourselves up which otherwise would have been just a boring monotonous couple of minutes.
