Recently, while setting up our new classroom at Blusteak Academy, I stumbled upon a fascinating new use for AI that could revolutionize how we connect with customers. It all started when I was looking for the perfect chairs for our classroom—ones that could support laptops. My usual searches and contractor recommendations weren’t cutting it, so I turned to ChatGPT 4o for help.
Using ChatGPT 4o app, I was able to upload a picture of the chair I wanted, and voilà—the AI searched the web and served up several vendor options, right at my fingertips. One click later, and I found exactly what I needed! This experience was an eye-opener: it showed me the potential of AI-driven platforms as a powerful tool for finding products, especially when you're not sure what to search for.
What’s more intriguing is how ChatGPT 4o uses search engines like Bing to fetch this information. This means there’s a huge opportunity for us marketers to optimize our websites to be more AI-friendly, ensuring our products are easily discoverable by these systems.
This could be as big as SEO in the early days, or even bigger! So, here’s a tip: start looking into how your website performs with AI searches and consider this the next big frontier to conquer in digital marketing.
