This Brand Did the Same Reel Over and Over—and It Worked
One of the biggest challenges in managing social media for a brand is the pressure to constantly come up with new content ideas every day. But recently, we’ve learned something important as an agency:
You don’t always need to reinvent the wheel.
Sometimes, you test different formats, angles, or messaging—and one of them just works. The mistake many make is thinking, “Okay, now I need to find a completely new angle to go viral again.”
But the smarter move?
Double down on what’s already working.
Came across a perfect example recently: a brand called SpaceVac, which sells travel backpacks. They found out one content format worked brilliantly—
“[Airline name] hates this backpack” paired with a video showing how much stuff fits into their bag.
Instead of chasing new ideas, they just recreated that same reel over and over—with different airline names.
Result?
Consistent reach. Massive visibility. And probably a lot of conversions.
Lesson: Once you find a winning content format, don’t run from it.
