This Brand Promises NOT TO REVEAL THEIR name in the delivery box (But is spot on)
This is my favorite valentines day campaign for this year
I wanted to talk about an interesting sales ad I recently came across on Instagram, from none other than Durex. The ad promised "extra secret delivery", and communicated that the delivery package would not have the name of the brand or product, in order to keep the contents discreet. And, to top it off, they assured their customers that even the delivery boy wouldn't know what was in the package.
At first, I thought this was just a sponsored campaign. But on closer inspection, I realized that this ad is hitting a major pain point for its users. Let's face it, no one wants their family members or friends to identify that the package is a contraceptive. It's a sensitive topic and people want to keep it private.
Durex's "extra secret delivery" concept is a brilliant way to address this issue. They've tapped into the fears of their customers and offered a discreet solution that eases their worries. By omitting the brand and product name, they're ensuring that the package remains a secret.
This just goes to show the power of identifying and solving customer pain points. It's not always about the product itself, but about the experience and how it meets the needs of your customers.
