I recently came across an interesting podcast episode on Exit5 that talked about how Zapier, the popular B2B SaaS tool, broke barriers and ventured into TikTok for their marketing strategy. As someone who's always on the lookout for innovative marketing strategies, I was intrigued to learn more.
The marketing person from Zapier shared how they wanted to capture the attention of creators and business owners who were already using Zapier, and engage with them on a new platform. Their approach was to showcase interesting workflows that could be made using Zapier, and the response they received was overwhelming.
I managed to get a few screenshots from their Instagram profile since I don't have access to TikTok, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their creativity.
Now, it's not just Zapier who's experimenting with TikTok. Many other B2B players are starting to realize that there's no reason to say no to TikTok. It's a platform with a massive audience, and if used creatively, it can be a great way to showcase your brand's personality and engage with your audience.
